    South Dakota Municipal League is now accepting nominations for the 2016-2017 Finance Officer of the Year award. All nominations must be submitted in writing by May 1, 2016. The award will be presented during the 2016 Finance Officers’ School, held June 8-10 in Spearfish, SD.

    Finance Officer of the Year is sponsored by the South Dakota Governmental Finance Officers’ Association. It recognizes individuals who serve as finance officer and have made personal and professional contributions to their municipality and community.
