The Office Bar & Grill has grown about 20% a year since opening in Madison, South Dakota in 2019.

That growth eventually put a strain on the restaurant’s electrical system — until an upgrade, new kitchen equipment and help from Heartland Energy’s Growth Incentive Program gave the business room to keep growing.
