    Congratulations to Lincoln from Miller, SD and Gavin from Colman, SD on winning the Heartland Public Power Week Coloring Contest!

    Ages 4-6 winning entry from Lincoln of Miller, SD
    Ages 7-9 winning entry from Gavin of Colman, SD

    Heartland staff voted anonymously and chose one winner from each category. Lincoln and Gavin will each receive a movie/game prize package and all entrants will receive a Heartland Power Forward coloring book.
