Schaefer, having more than 20 years of human resources experience in the electric utility industry, is responsible for administering compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment and retention, HR policy, employee labor relations and labor law compliance. She is SHRM-CP certified and holds an Associate of Science Degree in Applications Programming from Dakota State University.
