Mike Malone
Chief Financial Officer
Malone formulates and executes wholesale electric budgets, wholesale rate development and implementation, investments, and financial forecasts. He is also responsible for credit and capital financing including ratings agency contact and credit ratings, capital financing, and debt compliance. He provides oversight for accounting, annual audit, customer billing, and economic development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from South Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. Malone is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of South Dakota.
