Stowater manages all of Heartland Energy’s assets and load within both markets in which Heartland Energy operates – the Southwest Power Pool and Midcontinent Independent System Operator. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration from Dakota Wesleyan University.
