Kelly Dybdahl

Customer Relations Manager

Dybahl provides customer service on a range of topics related to electric utilities. He aids with electric rates, DER interconnects, energy audits, workforce development, electric operations and more. He assists Heartland Energy’s customers with local generation with URGE testing to maintain compliance and offers support with EIA reporting. Dybdahl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
