Director of Power Supply
Graff is responsible for development and administration of Heartland Energy’s power supply programs. These responsibilities include management of generation assets and associated systems, facility planning, and long-term forecasting and planning. Graff is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
