Electric Vehicle Survey

Customers of participating utilities served by Heartland Energy are eligible for a $50 rebate for completing this survey to share vehicle and charging information. Rebate is only available to customers who do not qualify for the $500 EV charger rebate. Survey must be completed in full to qualify for the $50 rebate. Rebate will be issued by your local utility in a manner chosen by the utility. Please allow up to 90 days for delivery of rebate. For a list of participating utilities, click here.
