Data centers, new rate policy and community connections

Heartland’s recent Annual Meeting once again brought together customers for a day of meaningful conversations, valuable insights, and future-focused strategies.

DATA is designed to help attract and support these facilities in a way that benefits local utilities.

Kyle Peters, partner at A1 Development Solutions, discussed the many benefits data centers bring including economic growth, job creation and increased tax revenue. He also explored the impact data centers are making in nearby states.

Heartland Energy CEO Russell Olson opened the meeting with a recap of 2024 highlights.
